Ingredients

2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

1/4 teaspoon salt

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Fresh berries or fruit topping (for serving, optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Baking Dish: Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

Arrange the Crescent Rolls: Unroll one can of crescent rolls and lay them flat in the bottom of the prepared baking dish, sealing any seams to create a solid base.

Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar and beat until well combined.

Add Eggs and Flavorings: Add the eggs one at a time, blending after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract, flour, lemon juice, and salt until the mixture is creamy and uniform.

Spread the Filling: Carefully spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the crescent roll base in the baking dish.

Top with Remaining Crescent Rolls: Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place them evenly over the cheesecake filling, tucking the edges in slightly to cover the filling.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheesecake is set in the center.

Cool: Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to fully set.

Serve: Once chilled, slice into squares, dust with powdered sugar, and top with fresh berries if desired. Enjoy your creamy crescent rolls cheesecake!
