2 cups pasta (fettuccine or penne)

1 lb chicken breast, diced

2 cups mushrooms, sliced (cremini or button)

1 medium onion, chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
