1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted

2 limes, juiced (one for shrimp marinade, one for avocado crema)

1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

1–2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 small corn tostadas

1 cup shredded cabbage (green or purple)

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Optional: Sliced jalapeños for garnish

Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine the shrimp, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let the shrimp marinate for about 15-20 minutes.

    Prepare Avocado Crema: In a food processor, combine the avocado flesh, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), mayonnaise, minced garlic, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
