Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas (whole wheat or spinach for added flavor)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped

1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves, chopped

1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped (optional)

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh herbs (such as basil or parsley, for garnish)

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and crumbled feta cheese. Mix until creamy and smooth.

Stir in the chopped dried cranberries, fresh spinach, walnuts (if using), and honey (if using). Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix until evenly distributed.

Lay out a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cranberry-feta mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.

Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla away from you, keeping the filling inside. Make sure to roll it as tightly as possible without forcing it.

Repeat the rolling process with the remaining tortillas and filling mixture.

Once all tortillas are rolled, place them seam-side down on a cutting board. For a cleaner presentation, you may refrigerate them for about 30 minutes to firm them up.

After chilling, use a sharp knife to slice the pinwheels into 1-inch pieces.

Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
