Ingredients
  

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

2 cups frozen corn, thawed (or 1 can corn, drained)

1 cup diced red bell pepper

1/2 cup chopped green onions

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips (for serving)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

    Add the sour cream and mayonnaise to the bowl, mixing until well combined.

      Stir in the thawed corn, diced red bell pepper, and chopped green onions.

        Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, lime juice, garlic powder, chili powder, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.

          Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
