Ingredients

1 cup natural peanut butter

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup chocolate protein powder

1/4 cup ground flaxseeds

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until well blended.

Add the rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, ground flaxseeds, and a pinch of sea salt to the mixture. Stir until everything is combined evenly.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips, ensuring they are distributed throughout the mixture.

Using your hands, scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until all the mixture is used. You should have around 20-25 protein balls.

Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes or until firm. Once firm, transfer them to an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to a week, or in the freezer for up to a month.
