2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 package (6 oz) savory herb stuffing mix

1 ½ cups chicken broth

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons olive oil (for greasing)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish with the olive oil.
