Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

1 tsp taco seasoning

1/2 cup finely chopped green onions

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (drained if canned)

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Mexican blend cheese, taco seasoning, chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, and black olives, if using. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Lay out one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cheesy mixture over the tortilla, making sure to cover it evenly, leaving a small border around the edges.

Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Once rolled, wrap each log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up, making it easier to slice.

After chilling, unwrap the logs and slice them into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter.

Optional: Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with salsa or guacamole on the side.
