Ingredients

1 package of refrigerated pizza dough (16 oz)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.

Cut the dough into squares, approximately 3x3 inches each.

In the center of each square, place about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni.

Sprinkle a pinch of grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder on top of the pepperoni.

Fold the corners of the dough square over the filling to form a parcel. Pinch the edges tightly to seal.

Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops lightly with olive oil for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Once baked, allow them to cool for a few minutes and then sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
