Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 large chicken breasts, diced

4 whole wheat or flour tortillas

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup baby spinach (optional)

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

    Cook the Chicken: Add the diced chicken breasts to the skillet. Season with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and browned.

      Make It Cheesy: Reduce the heat to low. Add the cream cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and combined with the chicken. Then, add half of the mozzarella cheese and mix until well incorporated.

        Assemble the Wraps: On each tortilla, spread a layer of the cheesy chicken mixture. If desired, add a handful of baby spinach for extra color and nutrition. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.

          Wrap Them Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla in and then roll the wrap from the bottom upwards until it’s tightly sealed.

            Toast the Wraps: In the same skillet on medium heat, place the wraps seam-side down. Toast for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.

              Serve: Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.
