1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

4 slices of thick-cut garlic bread (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon butter, softened

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Fresh arugula or spinach for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.

      Bake the Chicken:

        Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked. Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before shredding it using two forks.

          Mix the Cheesy Filling:

            In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
