Cheesy Charcuterie Board Casserole

Ingredients
  

1 lb assorted charcuterie meats (salami, prosciutto, and pepperoni)

8 oz block cream cheese, softened

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 cup sliced olives (black and green)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup pickles, sliced

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup honey

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1 large baguette, sliced into rounds

Fresh arugula or mixed greens for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Mix Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, half of the mozzarella, half of the cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, Dijon mustard, and honey. Mix well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

      Layer Ingredients: In a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish, spread half of the cheese mixture evenly on the bottom. Layer a mix of the assorted charcuterie meats over the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle olives, cherry tomatoes, pickles, and roasted red peppers evenly on top.

        Add More Cheese: Add the remaining cheese mixture on top of the layered meats and vegetables, then sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over everything.

          Top with Baguette Rounds: Arrange the baguette slices on top of the casserole, slightly overlapping them to cover the surface evenly. This will create a delightful crispy top.

            Season & Bake: Sprinkle the dried Italian herbs over the bread and drizzle a little olive oil on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the bread is golden brown.
