Ingredients

4 medium russet potatoes

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly. Slice each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into wedges (about 6-8 wedges per potato depending on thickness).

Season the Wedges: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano, and parsley. Toss the potato wedges in the oil mixture until they are evenly coated.

Add Parmesan Cheese: Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan cheese over the coated wedges, and toss again to ensure an even distribution.

Bake the Wedges: Spread the potato wedges out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy. Flip the wedges halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and flavor. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces, such as ranch or marinara.
