Ingredients

8 ounces spaghetti

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided

2 cups marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are smooth and well combined.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the cheese mixture and gently fold until the pasta is evenly coated.

Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Pour the spaghetti and cream cheese mixture into the baking dish, smoothing it into an even layer.

Top the spaghetti with the remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and the rest of the parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are slightly golden.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
