4 cod fillets (6 oz each)

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 2 lemons

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon slices (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Baking Dish: Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil to prevent the cod from sticking.
