1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped

1 ripe avocado, mashed

1/4 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 whole wheat pita breads

Cherry tomatoes, halved (for garnish)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Chicken:

    - Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

      - In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Coat the chicken breasts with this mixture.

        - Grill or cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side (or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C). Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

          Prepare the Avocado Mixture:

            - In a small bowl, combine the mashed avocado and Caesar dressing, mixing until smooth. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

              Slice the Chicken:

                - Once rested, slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.
