1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for frying)

For the Asian Chicken Filling:

1 lb ground chicken

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

2 teaspoons sesame oil

1 tablespoon minced ginger

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup finely chopped napa cabbage

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust for heat preference)

Salt and pepper to taste

For Garnish:

Chopped fresh cilantro

Lime wedges

Sesame seeds

Instructions

Prepare the Wonton Shells:

    - In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

      - Carefully press a wonton wrapper into the pan, cooking for about 1-2 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Repeat this process with remaining wrappers. Place cooked wontons on paper towels to drain excess oil.

        Make the Asian Chicken Filling:

          - In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground chicken. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.

            - Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, minced ginger, and minced garlic. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until aromatic.

              - Add the shredded carrots and napa cabbage to the skillet. Cook until they begin to soften (about 3-4 minutes).

                - Stir in the green onions, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.

                  Assemble the Tacos:

                    - Take a crispy wonton shell and fill it generously with the Asian chicken filling.

                      - Garnish with fresh cilantro and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve with lime wedges on the side for an added burst of flavor.

                        Serve:

                          - Arrange the filled wonton tacos on a serving platter and serve immediately while they're still crispy!
