3 medium apples (preferably Granny Smith and Honeycrisp), julienned

2 cups green cabbage, finely shredded

1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded

1 cup carrots, grated

1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced

1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons honey

Zest and juice of 1 lime

Salt and pepper to taste
