1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Prepare the Zucchini: Start by washing the zucchinis and patting them dry. Shred them using a box grater or food processor. Place the shredded zucchini in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture. This step is essential to avoid soggy cheese bombs.

    Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded zucchini, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well combined. The mixture should hold together when formed into a ball.
