Ingredients

1 pound fresh salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Juice of half a lemon

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Salmon: In a medium bowl, combine the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat the salmon evenly.

Marinate: Let the seasoned salmon marinate for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Arrange Salmon Bites: Place the marinated salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Ensure they are not overcrowded for optimal crispiness.

Air Fry: Cook the salmon bites in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Serve: Once cooked, remove the salmon bites from the air fryer. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over them and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
