8 lasagna noodles

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 large egg

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs (beaten)

2 cups Italian-style breadcrumbs

Olive oil spray

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Cook the Lasagna Noodles: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay them flat on a clean surface to cool.
