1 lb (about 4 medium) carrots, peeled and cut into fry shapes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Carrots: Start by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). While it’s heating, wash, peel, and cut the carrots into fry shapes, aiming for uniform thickness for even cooking.

    Season the Carrots: In a large bowl, combine the cut carrot fries, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to ensure every fry is evenly coated in the seasoning mixture.
