Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and the egg. Stir the ingredients together until well combined and smooth.

Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, drop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Wet a fork and press down gently on each cookie to create a crisscross pattern on top. This also helps to flatten them a bit.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden around the edges.

Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 15 minutes | Servings: 12 cookies
